They sing for a better bright world from the dark loneliness and you might hear them not only in Finnish or English, but Catalan and Spanish as well. Pra Forozzia

Pra Forrozia is a forró group based in Helsinki, created by Brazilian musician Fabrício Alves and formed by guest musicians. With five years of experience, the group celebrates classic forró, bringing the genre’s energy, rhythm and joy to audiences. Over the years, it has performed on stages in Estonia and Finland, including the Brazilian Day Finland festival.

Absa Mbaye: Afro workshop host

Absa Mbaye is a Senegalese dancer and dance teacher. Absa grew up with sabar and has been dancing since she was a child. In addition to sabar, she also dances other West African dances and more modern Afro dances. Absa has performed and competed in professional dance groups in Senegal, as well as danced in concerts and music videos of major Senegalese artists, and has performed in Europe at various festivals, including in Spain, France, Denmark and Norway. Absa has worked as a dance teacher in Dakar and Finland and taught intensive courses all over Europe. Absa is a creative, playful and versatile dancer. She is a cheerful, encouraging and skilled teacher who spreads the joy and positive energy of dance.

Liz Rolando is a Colombian dance instructor whose passion for music and movement lights up every room she enters. Rooted in the vibrant rhythms of her homeland, Liz brings authentic Latin energy to every class she teaches. Her dynamic style, warm personality, and deep love for dance inspire students of all levels to move with confidence and joy.
